Sharon is our CQC-registered manager and the person accountable for the day-to-day quality and safety of every care package we deliver. She oversees care planning, supervision, and the regulatory standards that sit behind every visit.

Emmanuel Nare

Nominated Individual

Emmanuel is the Nominated Individual responsible to the Care Quality Commission for supervising the way the regulated activity is managed at Carlisle Care. He leads strategy, governance, and the overall direction of the service.

Aiga Kostanda

Senior Carer

Aiga is one of our most experienced senior carers, supporting clients across Corby and the wider Northamptonshire region. She mentors newer team members, leads complex care visits, and is a steady, trusted presence for the families we work with.
